If I told you worldwide and ink, would you know what I was talking about?

I am talking about Inktober, I dare say the Inktober. It is a worldwide challenge during the month of October that gathers all illustrators – professional or not – around one goal: to ink one illustration a day for one month. Every year, thousands of people around the world take part and you can’t miss it if you’re on social media.

Over the years, the challenge has evolved and now creators adapt the challenge to their needs, but the spirit remains the same : try to be as productive as possible during October, experiment and, last but not least, have fun !

Over the years, I’ve participated in this challenge as an illustrator and it’s always been my most productive month of the year. But this year I wanted to try something different as I’ve discovered 3D art during 2022. So I started my own challenge: to model and animate one 3D isometric scene per week.

All the scenes were made in Blender, and some have SFX done in DaVinci Resolve Fairlight.

Made with : Blender, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve Fairlight
